I was previously using a Motorola E815 on the Verizon network. I dropped my phone several times and never had a problem, but this time the phone was knocked out of my hands and hit my cement garage floor. It stopped working, so I went to Verizon and purchased the new Motorola Razor V9M.

The Motorola Razor V9M cell phone was nice, but within two weeks I returned it to Verizon. When looking at calls that I previously made or calls that were previously received, the font was very small. I put this was strange considering that the screen is so large and when dialing, the font is very large. I’m not sure if it’s possible to make the font larger, but I did not bother to find out because I had another problem with the phone.

The other problem, for me, is a serious one. Unfortunately, I think this is a problem with all new cell phones. Within the first two weeks, I had 3-4 dropped calls and 3-4 incoming calls that went right to voicemail without ringing the phone. This never happened to me before.

All my previous cell phones had an external antennas and the new Motorola Razor V9M, as does other Razors and other new cell phones, has an internal antenna. I’m sure that this is the problem. I returned my new Motorola Razor V9M to Verizon and purchased a used Motorola E815 on eBay. Now, I’m happy again. My Motorola E815 never drops a call and never misses an incoming call.if
